Terms & Conditions

The following refer-a-friend promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by Billabong.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

REFERRER OFFER

• The Referrer must already be a member of a Boardriders Europe loyalty programme.
• To refer a friend, the Referrer must go to the 'Referral' section available in their loyalty account. There, they will receive a unique link that they can share with their friends and family (the 'Friends').
• To be eligible for the Offer, the Referred Friend must not have previously made a purchase with any of our brands (Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, RVCA, Street Sharks, Billabong) and must not have already been referred by another member.
• For each Referred Friend who places their first online order, the Referrer will receive a €15 reward in the form of 300 loyalty points. These points can be converted into a voucher in the 'My offers and rewards' section of the loyalty account.
• The Referrer will be notified by email when the Friend uses their referral link.
• The reward will only be granted if the Referred Friend makes a purchase and does not return any items within 45 days of receiving their order. Rewards will be credited once this period has passed.
• Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date they are issued to the Referrer’s account.
• Beyond thirty (30) referrals, Boardriders Europe reserves the right not to credit points if it considers that the referrals were made abusively (for example: affiliation, mass emailing, or excessive sharing of the referral link).

FRIEND OFFER

To receive their reward,

• The Referred Friend must not have previously made a purchase with any of our brands (Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, RVCA, Street Sharks, Billabong) and must not have already been referred by another member.
• The referred friend receives a 20% discount valid on their first online or in-store purchase, excluding already discounted items and not valid with any other ongoing promotions.
• The discount code is valid for thirty (30) days from the date it is issued.
• The voucher must be used in a single order and cannot be split.
• The reward granted to the Referred Friend cannot be claimed by the Referrer.
• Rewards are exclusively redeemable on our brands' websites (Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, RVCA, Street Sharks, Billabong) and in participating stores.
• The voucher will be cancelled if the related order is refunded. In that case, it will no longer be valid, cannot be converted into cash or refunded to the Referred Friend, and the Referrer will no longer be eligible for referral with that brand.
• The voucher cannot be combined with other offers. It is for one-time use only and cannot be applied to already discounted products, gift cards, personalised items (e.g., custom wetsuits), unbranded products, or products from brands outside the Boardriders group.

RETURNS

• You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to return your order (see Return Policy).
• If the Referred Friend cancels or returns their entire order, the Referrer will not receive their reward.
• If the Referred Friend cancels or returns only part of their order, the Referrer will keep their reward.

DATA PROCESSING & PRIVACY POLICY

By signing up for this referral offer, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Boardriders Group Data Protection Policy, applicable to our brands (Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, RVCA, Street Sharks, Billabong).

ADDIONNAL INFORMATION

Boardriders reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any referred Friend or Referrer at any time.

Boardriders reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
